Ny-Ke Image studio LLC to any media style Of { Photography or Videography }. content herein described in any and all forms and media for the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing. Ny-Ke Image Studio LLC and or he or she studio team has full copyright’s to all media with no time restraints on content usage. The basis for this release is a arrangement where Model and any other people involved can use the media in the interest of gaining exposure and agree that in exchange, service is rendered.

Photoshop / AI

I, acknowledged that images will be Photoshop etc to obtain the finalize art of what the photographer may be looking for out of the images. All editing or post-production work is only done my photographer or editing that giving permission from the photographer (Ny-Ke Image Studio).

Property / Liable

You are acknowledging that Ny-Ke Image Studio LLC and any property owner and or employee are NOT liable for any personal injuries and or damage to any of your property that’s used in any photoshoots or projects. You acknowledge that you have full rights to say NO or don’t have to do if you don’t agree with any decision you’re uncomfortable with.

Terms of compensation

TF “[Means trade of service]. Models, photographer and or any other people that’s involve in the project or photoshoot are in agreement to do their part in the project or photo shoot for their part of the service rendered. For compensation, any people involve will receive images listed in the finalize images section. Any media is for promotional purpose only.

CONTENT FOR PAID“ Models with a Paywall website to see photos and or videos like Only Fans and Patron etc, or brand deals, or other means of the content to make money, will be listed as a paid photoshoot. This will be consider payment compensation for service to the model. Model with only receive selected finalized images listed in the Finalize image section. Ny-Ke Image Studio LLC has full rights and will use any media for promotional and or profit with no time restraints.

Finalized Images

Models or any other people that involve in the project or photoshoot will get finalize images via social media massager, Google Drive or Pixieset website in the following format size of JPG, at 2048 pixels-72dpi. The amount and selection of images is determined by the photographer. Models, Makeup artist etc can select images that they like to have edited, but photographer will select the images and not all images will be edited. Ny-Ke Image Studio DO NOT give out any unedit or raw photos that under TF photoshoots.

Risk taking and Boudoir

Risk taking Ny-Ke Image Studio will not be asking you to take any risk that's concerning your health or well-being that can lead up to injuries. Anything that the model feels uncomfortable about, has any right to say NO. Any risk-taking that the model does or take is on he or her own that result in injury is fully on the model and the model alone.

Boudoir “If the shoot is boudoir. Model understand and acknowledge that images may have, or will have personal parts of the body like butt or breasts area maybe shown in the images.

NOTE: If the shoot is TF, models have say so on what images can and can’t be used on social media Platforms. Compensation shoot or projects, models have no say so on any media photographer or team uses the media.

Ny-Ke Image Studio LLC is a media studio for photography, videography, and Publication. So, in an effort to streamline paperwork for the photographer and model. This is a one-year release and acknowledgment form for any shoots the model and Ny-Ke Image Studio LLC may do throughout the year (2026).

NOTE: If any information that not documented in this form for a particular type of shoot will have to sign another release form.
