Working together on a TFP shoot
Here are something I like to discuss when I work with a model for the first time.
Here's a little information on how I do my shoot. because this is a business for me, I do a model release for all my shoots. If this is our first time working together. I like to get an idea of what style of modeling the model does. This way she or he is getting images that complement the type of modeling that they do. For wardrobe. I like to go over wardrobe concepts and ideas with the model. This helps with making sure that we come up with the best images we can make from the shoot. I like to get about 2 or 3 wardrobe looks together for the shoot. This will give us more to work with. Models are welcome to bring a friend to the shoot. I recommend it for our first shoot. Models are more comfortable when a friend is with them for a first shoot. But it's up to the model. During the shoot, models can see all images on the monitor if we're shooting at my studio. But if on location it will be on my IPad. I ask that models etc, give themself enough time to look over the images they like to have edited. Sorry, I do not send any un-edit images via dropbox, google drive, etc.
(( Last and the most important is the images. ))
All photographers do things differently depending on the level of the photographer from beginner to professional. I'm a professional photographer and this is my business. Because I have clients, please allow me one or two weeks to have images ready. When I edit images, I only edit and send about 2 to 3 images per look to all that was a part of the shoot. Models, Hairstylists, makeup artists, etc. I do not release or give any un-edit or raw images to anyone on an FTP shoot. Please if you have any questions about my FTP workflow. Please contact me.
