The Color Red Project

I had this red backdrop in my studio for over two years and only used it once. So you can say it’s about time to use it again. But I didn’t want to use to use it. I want to do something creative.

Concept Idea

My original concept idea was to have the model wear blue against the red background for contrast. Since I had already done a red-on-red shoot before with Valerie. I wanted to do something different.

Day of the shoot

There were two themes I had in mind for this shoot. The first was the color red shoot, and the other was the teacher shoot. So I had multiple areas in the studio set up the shoots. We had two looks for the color red idea. One was a red blouse and pants, and the other was the same blouse but with a pair of red tights

Lighting Setup

To make the transition between shoots easy with lighting. I set up a quick, easy three-light setup.

As always, Victoria did a fantastic job.
